Are customs fees charged for orders placed outside the EU?

If you place an order with us from outside the EU, your delivery will be subject to additional customs fees and taxes that we will not charge or invoice you for. You will need to pay the relevant customs or tax authorities directly. These costs vary depending on the product and price. Unfortunately, this is not something we're able to calculate in advance.

Once your order arrives at customs in the UK, our delivery partner Fedex will issue you a detailed invoice that contains the relevant payment information.
