I own more than one woom bike but only activated one membership. Does that membership apply to all the bikes?

If you activated upCYCLING membership when purchasing multiple woom bikes, you can apply that membership to just one of those bikes. It's your choice which one. You just have to make sure that the membership is activated at check-out or within 30 days from the date of the bike purchase, using the same email address used while purchasing the woom bikes.

Please note that you can only use your upCYCLING membership once, so it can only be applied to one woom bike. The woom bike that you want to upcycle must be no more than three years old (from the date of purchase) and must still be in a roadworthy condition.
