How can I exchange a product?

If you buy a product from the woom online shop, you have 60 days to send it back to us free of charge from within the EU. Read more about how this works – including in countries outside of the EU – right here.

We don't have the technical capability to directly exchange products returned to us. You'll need to place a new order through the woom online shop once you've returned the product to us. After receiving and checking your return, we'll refund you the full purchase price.
