Can we still use a rear reflector on the woom EXPLORE if the saddle is set at the lowest possible position?

Yes. You can have the saddle as low as the rider needs it to be and attach the rear reflector elsewhere on the bike. As it has a rubber strap, it can be attached to one of the seatstays instead.
