What accessories are included when I order a bike?

All woom bikes purchased in the woom online shop come with reflectors. No further accessories come as standard. However, for woom bikes from size 2 and upwards sold within Austria, France and Italy, you will also receive:

• Austria: bike bell
• France: bike bell, front & rear lights
• Italy: bike bell, front & rear lights

Please note: The woom NOW comes equipped with a twist grip bike bell and integrated LED lights as standard. That means that customers in Austria, France and Italy will not receive additional lights or a bike bell when ordering this model. We do not ship any balance bikes with lights or bells.

If your child plans on cycling on public roads and streets, their woom bike may need to meet certain standard requirements before it can be considered legal in your country of residence.

In many countries, bikes must be equipped with a bike bell, front and rear lights, and wide-angle Z reflectors. As rules for cyclists and their equipment vary from country to country, we strongly recommend finding out about the regulations applicable to riding a bike in road traffic in your country or region, particularly regarding the use of lights, reflectors and other obligatory safety equipment.
