How do I clean our woom bike?

To keep your child riding safely and loving their woom bike for years, regular cleaning and a yearly service at a trusted bike shop will make all the difference.

Here's how you should clean your woom bike:

Frame, handlebars, fork, wheels

Clean these parts with warm, soapy water and a soft cloth or sponge.

Chain, cassette, front chainring

Use a cloth or brush to apply a bike-specific chain cleaner/degreaser or mild soap in order to clean these parts. Once clean, make sure you re-lubricate the chain with a suitable bike-specific chain lubricant.

Brakes

If the brakes are very dirty, you can clean them with warm water and detergent. To clean the disc brake rotors, use a bike-specific brake cleaner. Never use oil-based cleaning agents!
