How can I return a product?
If you buy a product from the woom online shop and you're not happy with it, you have 60 days (orders from November & December 2024) to send it back to us free of charge from within the EU. If you live in a country that's not in the EU (Switzerland, the UK or Norway), please get in touch with our customer service team.
Please note that we are not able to directly exchange products returned to us. If you would like to order the same product in a different size or color, or you would like to order a different product altogether instead, you'll have to place a new order through the woom online shop.
To return a product, here's what you need to do:
1. Register your return
- If your order number starts with INTL, please register your return here.
- If you placed your order on the US online shop, please register your return here.
Please note that if you want to return two packages to us, you'll need to register two separate returns. Pack the products up in the right packaging and attach a returns label to the outside of each package.
2. Pack your products
- Pack the product in its original packaging. Make sure you follow these instructions when packing bikes:

- Attach the returns label to the outside of the package. You can drop off the package at your local GLS shop without having to worry about paying any shipping costs.
4. Get a refund
- After receiving and checking your package, we'll refund the full amount via the original payment method you used when purchasing. This can take up to 7 business days.
