How can I return a product?

Avez-vous acheté un produit sur la boutique en ligne woom qui ne correspond pas à vos attentes ? Au sein de l’UE, vous pouvez nous le retourner gratuitement dans un délai de 30 jours. Si vous habitez dans un pays hors UE (Suisse, Royaume-Uni ou Norvège), veuillez contacter notre service client.


Retours prolongés

Les conditions de retour suivantes s’appliquent actuellement :

  • woom WOW : 60 jours
  • Tous les autres produits (vélos, accessoires et pièces détachées) : 30 jours


Please note that we are not able to directly exchange products returned to us. If you would like to order the same product in a different size or color, or you would like to order a different product altogether instead, you'll have to place a new order through the woom online shop.

To return a product, here's what you need to do:


1. Register your return

  • If your order number starts with EU, please register your return here.
  • If you placed your order on the US online shop, please register your return here.

Please note that if you want to return two packages to us, you'll need to register two separate returns. Pack the products up in the right packaging and attach a returns label to the outside of each package.


2. Pack your products

  • Pack the product in its original packaging. Make sure you follow these instructions when packing bikes:

3. Attach a returns label

  • Attach the returns label to the outside of the package. You can drop off the package at your local GLS shop without having to worry about paying any shipping costs.

4. Get a refund

  • After receiving and checking your package, we'll refund the full amount via the original payment method you used when purchasing. This can take up to 7 business days.
