I would like to return my woom product. How do I proceed?

1. Please inform our customer service team about the return by sending an email to woom@woombikes.com or calling +43 2243 23923. 

2. Pack the product in its original packaging according to the packing instructions which you can find on the back of the return slip and put the return slip in the box. Clothing items can only be returned if they are unworn and if the price tag is still attached. 

3. Our customer service team will supply you with a returns label via email. Place this on the outside of the package. Now you can drop off the parcel at your local GLS shop. You won't need to pay any shipping costs.

4. After receiving and checking your package, we will refund the full amount via the original payment method you used when purchasing.
