What's the idea behind the woom 1 PLUS?

Just like the woom 1, the woom 1 PLUS is a balance bike. The key difference is that it comes with 14" wheels – bigger than those on a classic beginner's balance bike – which means it is suitable for slightly bigger or older children who develop an interest in cycling a little later but are not yet ready for a pedal bike. Unlike the woom 1, the woom 1 PLUS has two brake levers – green for the rear brake, and black for the front brake. What's more, the woom 1 PLUS comes with our pre-fitted SURFBOARD footrest, which adds extra fun to the balance bike experience. When your child knows how to keep their balance and starts to pick up speed, they can rest their feet on the SURFBOARD and enjoy how the bike glides along the ground.
