There’s something missing from my order. What do I do?

If there is a specific item missing from the package that you receive, please check your confirmation email. Were all of the items ready for immediate shipment? If your order contains items that are currently out of stock, they will be shipped free of charge once they are back in stock.
If all of the items are classified as ready for immediate shipment, please contact us so that we can arrange for you to receive the missing item as soon as possible.
