What does shipping cost?


Austria, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands

We offer free shipping on all orders over €59. For orders totaling less than this shipping costs €5.

Denmark

We offer free shipping to Denmark on all orders over 400 DKK. For orders totaling less than this shipping costs 35 DKK.

Sweden

We offer free shipping in Sweden on all orders over 650 SEK. For orders totaling less than this shipping costs 55 SEK.

The rest of the EU

Shipping costs to other European Union countries vary depending on your order:

  • Accessories: €5
  • woom ORIGINAL and woom NOW: €19
  • woom OFF, woom OFF AIR and woom UP: €29

Switzerland & Liechtenstein

For orders to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, shipping is free for orders over CHF 59. For orders totaling less than this shipping costs approx. CHF 5*.

You will not have to pay any export, import or customs duties. For returns, exchanges, or if your order is damaged during delivery, we will cover the cost of sending items back to us.

*The actual shipping costs will depend on the EUR/CHF exchange rate on the day you place your order and so may vary slightly.

United Kingdom

We offer free shipping to the United Kingdom on all orders over £40. For orders totaling less than this shipping costs £5.
