Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order over the phone within 30 minutes of placing it. Find out how to contact us by telephone here.

We have to cancel all orders manually, so we can only offer this option during our normal opening hours – Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

If you didn't cancel your order within 30 minutes or you were trying to cancel your order outside of our normal opening hours, you can always refuse the delivery when it arrives. The parcel will be returned to us and we will refund you the full purchase price. Just be aware that it takes about a week for refunds to be processed.
