Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order via phone or chat within our service hours.

Please note the following deadlines:

  • Immediately available items can be canceled up to a maximum of 30 minutes after placing the order and during our service hours.

It is not usually possible to cancel your order after these windows have passed because we work hard to dispatch orders as soon as we possibly can after they've been placed. If it's too late to cancel your order, you'll need to arrange a free return. You can do this by sending us an email or getting in touch with us here.
