Are the workers in woom's supplier factories permitted to take part in labour unions?

Of course. We obligate our suppliers, as well as their upstream suppliers in the supply chain – for years this has been written into their contracts – to adhere to both applicable labour regulations and union law. If we were to find out that such rights were denied to a supplier's employees, we would immediately meet with the company management and demand that it adhere to union law.
