What do I do if I need a spare part?

We're delighted when our bikes get a lot of use and cover many kilometres over a long period of time. For us, that's one of the many facets of sustainability. Even though our bikes are made from very high quality materials and components, some parts can suffer from natural wear and tear over a certain time.

To make sure your woom bike is always operational and safe, you can order parts from our spare parts shop to repair or upgrade your bike.
