Which products are covered by the woom 10-year warranty?

As of 1 June 2022, we are offering an optional warranty extension in the form of the 10-year warranty for the following woom bikes:

• With immediate effect, every new woom bike purchased through our online shop or from our authorised woom dealers and registered within nine weeks.
• woom bikes purchased new after the cut-off date of 1 June 2020 and registered by 30 September 2022.
• woom bikes purchased used and registered for the 10-year warranty by the original owner. (Transition period: non-registered woom bikes purchased new after the cut-off date of 1 June 2020 but not registered by the first owner can still be registered by the second-hand buyer until 30 September 2022.)

Important: Please retain the original proof of purchase for your woom bike – this is required for the warranty extension and in case of damage. If you buy your woom bike used, please ask for proof of the original purchase to transfer the extended warranty to you. Learn more about how to transfer the warranty here.
