Why does the 10-year warranty only cover certain components?

The frame, rigid fork, handlebars, stem and cranks are the most important components of a bike, which is why we guarantee them for a service life of 10 years – far exceeding the legal requirements.

The 10-year warranty will only apply if you join the woom Riders Club and register your woom bike online. Find out more here.

All the other parts and components, such as the brakes, tires and gear cables, are subject to natural wear and tear and are therefore not covered by the 10-year warranty.

To maintain the proper function and safety of your woom bike, parts susceptible to wear and tear have to be replaced in a timely manner. You'll find a wide range of original spare parts in our spare parts shop. If you can't find the spare part you need, feel free to contact our customer service team. We're always happy to help.
