I bought our woom bike used. Is the 10-year warranty transferable?

Yes, the extended 10-year warranty is not restricted to first-time buyers, which means that it is transferable to you as a second-hand buyer, provided that the woom bike was registered by the original owner. 

For the extended warranty to be legally transferred to you as the new owner, you will need to have your used woom bike inspected at a professional workshop and provide proof of that inspection in the form of a service receipt. Please also ask the previous owner to provide you with proof of the initial purchase – this is essential in the event of damage.
