How do I make a claim under the warranty?
Every new woom bike automatically comes with a 2-year warranty. Members of the woom Riders Club can extend the standard warranty to 10 years by registering their bike at woom.com.
If you find a material defect or production fault with your woom bike during the 2 or 10 years covered by the warranty, you have two options:
- Get in touch with an authorized woom dealer (ideally go back to the dealer you bought your woom bike from in the first place).
- If you ordered your woom bike from the woom online shop or you bought a used bike, contact us directly and tell us about the problem. The best way to do this is by filling in the contact form on our website. Select the "Warranty or defect" option in the drop-down menu and send us the frame number, proof of purchase, proof of service (for used bikes) and photos or videos clearly showing the fault.
You can count on us or the woom dealer to repair or replace the faulty parts subject to availability.
