Under what conditions can I make a claim under the 10-year warranty?

To submit a claim under the extended warranty in the event of damage, the following conditions must be fulfilled:

• The 10-year warranty must have been activated via the registration form.
• Material defects and production faults on the following components: frame, rigid fork, handlebars, stem and cranks.
• The bike has been regularly and carefully maintained and inspected.
• For woom bikes purchased used: proof that the used bike was serviced (service receipt) after it was purchased is required.
