I joined the waiting list for a woom bike in 2022 and it still isn't available. Will I have to pay the higher price introduced on 4 January 2023 now?

No. If you joined the waiting list for a woom bike in 2022, you'll have the chance to buy that bike at the price that applied when you joined the waiting list.

As soon as the woom bike you want is available in the size and colour you're looking for, we'll get in touch with you to let you know you can order it as normal. We'll include a voucher code in the notification you receive, and you'll just need to enter that when you're placing your order. That code will automatically deduct the difference between the old and new price from your order.
