Are customs fees charged for orders placed outside of the EU?

If you place an order with us from outside of the EU, you will have to pay customs fees and taxes on top of the delivery charges. We will not charge or invoice you for these fees or taxes because you will need to pay the relevant customs or tax authorities directly. The amount you will be charged for customs fees and taxes will vary depending on the product and price. Unfortunately, we are not able to calculate this for you before you place your order. 

The delivery company we use, Fedex, will issue you with a detailed invoice containing all the payment information you will need as soon as your order has arrived at customs in the UK. 

Import fees do not apply to orders placed in Switzerland.
