Why did your shipping costs go up on 4 April 2022?

Due to current global strains on logistics networks and the resulting impact on our own supply chain – which we plan in agreement with our external partners – we've been forced to raise our shipping costs. We had hoped that the rising shipping costs were just a short-term effect of the Covid-19 pandemic, but it has unfortunately transpired that there are further ongoing factors involved. We would like to assure you that we're in constant dialogue with our shipping providers in an attempt to find ways to optimise our logistics and ensure the quality of our deliveries.
