What is the woom 10-year warranty, and how can I activate it?
The woom 10-year warranty is a free warranty extension from two years to a full ten years for the following components of our woom bikes: frames, rigid forks, handlebars, stems and cranks.
To extend the warranty, you need to register your woom bike with us by filling out this form. Please note the following deadline for registering newly purchased woom bikes:
- woom bikes purchased on or after 1 June 2022 must be registered within nine weeks of the purchase date.
Once you submit the form, we'll send you an e-mail notification asking you to submit your original proof of purchase so we can verify that your woom bike is covered under the extended 10-year warranty.
If everything checks out – that is, if your bike meets the requirements to qualify for the 10-year warranty, you'll get an official e-mail to confirm that we've extended the warranty on your woom bike.
The warranty extension can also be claimed for woom bikes you've bought used, subject to the following conditions:
- The original ownerregistered the woom bike with us.*
- You have proof of the initial purchase.
- You take your used woom bike to a bike shop for servicing immediately after you buy it – make sure you keep the invoice for this servicing (service receipt).
