What does it mean when it says "Estimated Delivery"?

If an "Estimated Delivery" date is shown under the "Add to Cart" button, that means that we do not currently have the item in stock. However, you can still pre-order the item and we will dispatch it as soon as we have it in stock again. Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to expedite any deliveries prior to the estimated date.

The estimated delivery date is an estimate of when the item should arrive at your address. That said, further delays may occur due to extremely high demand and the current restrictions on public life. We'll keep you up to date on the status of your order.

If an item is currently not available and no estimated delivery date is given, that means it is sold out. We are unable to provide any further information on when we will have it in stock again. In this case, you can enter your e-mail address in the space provided, and you'll be among the first to know when the item becomes available again.

Due to the changed COVID-19 situation in Great Britain, the Eurotunnel was closed. Unfortunately, deliveries to the UK and Ireland are sometimes significantly delayed. We ask for your understanding.
