What does it mean when it says "Estimated Delivery"?
We are sorry for the delay! Right now, demand from our customers exceeds our capacities.
There has been a global surge in cycling – not least, due to changing habits in the course of the Coronavirus crisis.
We welcome the lifestyle change, but unfortunately it also means that we are unable to take care of your orders and wishes as quickly as we'd like to. For some products, delivery times are now rather long. We sincerely regret this and hope that your children will have a bit more patience with us.
An "Estimated Delivery" date visible underneath the "Add to Cart" button means that the item is not currently in stock. However, you can still pre-order the item and we will ship it by the specified date as soon as it is in stock again.
Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to expedite any deliveries prior to the estimated date.
Under normal circumstances, the estimated delivery date would be the latest date the item would be expected to arrive at your delivery address. Due to the high demand and the current restrictions on public life, however, we ask that you allow another 5 - 10 days for your products to reach you.
